These platform terms are starter copy for We Run Tickets. Please review and replace them with your final legal wording before relying on them.
1. About these terms
These terms govern access to and use of the weruntickets.com website and ticketing platform (the "Platform"), operated by We Run Tickets ("we", "us"). Organisers who create events are bound by the organiser terms presented at sign-up; buyers are bound by each organiser's purchase terms at checkout.
2. Using the Platform
You must provide accurate information when registering, keep your credentials secure, and use the Platform lawfully. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms, abuse the Platform or expose us or our users to risk.
3. Events and tickets
We provide the tools for organisers to sell tickets and products. The organiser is the seller of the ticket and is responsible for their event, its content, refunds (except as required by law) and communications to buyers. We act as a limited payment collection agent for organisers via Stripe Connect.
4. Fees
Platform fees are published on our pricing page and in your account. Fees may change with reasonable notice; changes do not affect tickets already purchased.
5. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
6. Changes and contact
