Standard is £0 per month, with a flat 50p platform fee per paid ticket. Free events are free. Payment processing fees are separate.
Can I use my own branding and domain?
Yes — every event page carries your branding, and you can connect any domain you own by following the DNS verification steps in settings. HTTPS is covered as part of connecting your domain; if your provider needs manual steps, support will help.
How do I get paid?
Connect your own Stripe account and receive payouts directly on Stripe's schedule — typically a few working days depending on your country and account.
What happens if the venue has no Wi-Fi?
Our check-in app works offline, so a patchy connection never gets in the way of a great night. Every scan syncs across every door as soon as you're back online.
