Standard is £0/month with a flat 50p platform fee per paid ticket (free events are free). Plus is £20/month and Pro is £50/month for marketing, SMS and advanced tools. Organisers connect their own Stripe account and receive payouts directly.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes — connect any domain you own in a couple of clicks. We handle SSL certificates automatically.
What payment methods do you support?
Apple Pay, Google Pay, all major cards, and country-specific methods via Stripe.
How quickly do I get paid?
Payouts go to your connected Stripe account on Stripe’s schedule — typically a few working days depending on your country and account.
Can I white-label the ticket emails?
Buyer emails and tickets carry your branding by default. Pro removes We Run Tickets branding where supported.
